Shipping & Returns



We ship to all of the United States. We do not ship outside of the United States. On purchases over $75, we offer Free Shipping on all orders in the Continental 48 States. For orders under $75, only a Flat $4.99 Shipping & Handling Fee will apply for an entire order. For shipments in Alaska and Hawaii, UPS Shipping Costs will apply, please contact us with questions. All orders are shipped same or next business day. We do everything possible to ship orders same day. Typically if an order is received by 2:00 pm, it ships same day. Our main Warehouse is located in New Jersey, but we have warehouses in the Northeast, Midwest and West Coast. We try to ship items from the nearest warehouse to your location, to assure a speedy delivery, with our Free UPS/FedEx, USPS Ground Service. In most cases your package will arrive in 2-3 days. We take pride in packaging all parts carefully to protect your purchase from shipping damage. And picking your order properly for accuracy. If your product is damaged in shipping or missing an item, please contact us within 24 hours or the first business day, so that we can expedite taking care of a missing or damaged item.

If you need to return an item, you must first obtain a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) by contacting us at info@spapartsguy.com .

Non-Returnable Items: Circuit Boards, Spa Control Panels, Heaters, Pumps,Spa Equipment Packs, Electronic Parts, Switches and Sensors.  These parts can not be returned for a refund, but can be returned if defective, as warranty only.

All other parts can be returned, for refund or exchange, only if still in original packaging and not installed. If found removed from packaging or installed, the part will be returned to the purchaser. 

Cartridge Filters: Cartridges can be returned as long as they are not wet or have not been removed from the clear sealed manufacturer packaging. Be sure, to size up the filter prior to removing from packaging.

Chemicals: Due to the nature of the product, chemicals can not be returned.

1. We must receive your product return within 30 days of purchase.                              

2. Product must be in original, sale able condition, without damage.

3. You are responsible for the shipping charge to you and the back to us. The shipping will be deducted from the refund.

4. Defective Items returned to us will be handled through our Warranty Department. We work hard to work with you in processing a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Spa Parts Guy does not express or imply any warranty. Warranties are handled by us and submitted to the manufacturer, per their policies. For warranty Returns Returns, it is best to contact us in writing via email at info@spapartsguy.com .
